Who are we

Louise brings global experience and internationally recognised expertise in corporate and executive communications. She has served on the executive committees of major groups including Société Générale, BNP Paribas, and PPR/Kering.

She has intervened as an interim executive, strengthening and adapting companies’ communications strategies during pivotal moments of change.
Louise is also an independent board member and teaches at Sciences Po Paris.

Benoît combines hands-on experience in marketing and retail with a proven track record in brand transformation, CSR, and public affairs. He has held senior roles at Casino Group, PMU, and Elior Group, including executive committee positions.

Beyond his corporate roles, he actively promotes careers in commerce, marketing, and communications.

Richard brings 30 years of experience in both agencies and client-side roles as General Manager, Marketing Director, and Communications Director. He has supported leading players in retail and FMCG on brand strategy and operational or relational marketing – with agencies such as Publicis, Havas, TBWA, and with Les Mousquetaires.
For the past 10 years, Richard has worked as an executive interim manager, helping businesses navigate transformation and drive commercial development and performance.
He joined JUSTE to share his expertise in interim management for marketing functions and focuses on retail, FMCG, agencies and large accounts and mid-sized companies.

Patrick is an international executive with French, American, and Swiss nationalities. With 21 years abroad and over 30 years of marketing and communications experience across a wide variety of sectors, he has worked for major groups like L’Oréal, Levi Strauss, Microsoft, Nokia, LesMills, as well as startups and SME size companies. So joining THE recruitment firm dedicated to marketing and communications roles felt like a natural step.
He brings a deep understanding of talent needs in marketing and communications, built on a diverse career across geographies at country, regional, global levels, but also within a variety of structures (corporate, BU, subsidiary). His areas of expertise include CMO, marketing leadership, product marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, and communications).
