He has held executive roles at leading companies including Groupe Casino, PMU and Elior Group. Deeply engaged in promoting careers in commerce, marketing and communications, Benoît is known for his strategic insight and field-based pragmatism.

With international experience and recognised expertise in corporate and executive communications, Louise has been a key member of executive committees at Société Générale, BNP Paribas, and PPR/Kering. She has led transformation projects as an interim executive, adapting strategies at critical moments. Louise also serves as an independent board member and lectures at Sciences Po Paris.

With over 30 years of experience in both agencies and client-side leadership (Publicis, Havas, TBWA, Les Mousquetaires), Richard has advised major players in Retail and FMCG on brand strategy and operational marketing. For the past 10 years, he has specialised in interim management to guide companies through transformation and business growth. At JUSTE, he focuses on marketing missions for key accounts and mid-sized companies (ETI).
